Introduction

At Crunchyroll Premium Apk, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. Our DMCA policy outlines the procedure for submitting a copyright infringement claim and the steps we take to address such claims.

Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been posted on Crunch Apk without your permission, you may submit a notification alleging such infringement. To be effective, your notification must include the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification Procedures

If you receive a notification that we have removed or disabled access to certain material due to an infringement claim, you may provide us with a counter-notification if you believe the claim is incorrect. The counter-notification should include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

If a counter-notification is received by our designated agent, Crunch Apk may send a copy of the counter-notification to the original complaining party informing them that we may replace the removed material or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless our designated agent receives notice from the original complaining party that they have filed an action seeking a court order against the
